"The property itself is amazing , note the wellness, gym and suana are all separately paid for and not included in the nightly cost. When I arrived the room had a broken curtain rod and ac not working. Just did not feel homey compared to the other resorts for that price. Also the vibe in the place is filled with security personnel breathing down your neck. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all. I loved the suana and wellness part but hated staying at the premises itself. "Loved, loved, loved. The staff is phenomenal. Everything is spotless. The grounds are small, but picturesque. They have a great restaurant attached to the hotel and across at another property. A money changer’s is next door, so is a nail salon, and a Circle K is a few steps down the street. The free shuttle into town is great, but Grabs are also incredibly cheap. "

"I travel a lot around the world, and this has been the hotel with the most courteous staff and best service E-V-E-R. They really go above and beyond, I booked a tour from the lobby and Putra took me to the water temple, he even brought me an offering (incense, flowers and fruits) from his home because he knew the shops at the temple would be close at my arrival, the people in this hotel made my experience unforgettable."

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast was great, we tried the scrambled eggs, the vegetable omelet and the breakfast bagel which were all very yummy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and lots of shops. The property is gorgeous and I would definitely stay here again."
