"The hotel was great in every way close to everything bus stop in front of the hotel. I was also able to BBQ being that we had just come back from Bryce Canyon. We were camping for two days and had extra food to cook. Overall the hotel was wonderful ."

"Everyone was real sweet.. except management didn't have guts to talk to us in person.. we paid for 3 nights and never stayed. Wouldn't give partial refund. Breakfast was very good. Gift shop unique and reasonable. Beds were way to soft for me. I have a bad back. View is not as pictured. Run down farm in back."

"Booked a suite for our Anniversary. Expensive for one night - the rooms, bathroom were modern and clean. The balcony was small / cramped, but served its purpose. Biggest complaint is the bed / mattress was not comfortable at all! For the money spent, we were disappointed because my wife and I couldn’t get a good nights sleep."

"This place has lovely rooms and tge staff is friendly and helpful. My primary reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is tge absence of any drinking water in the property other than unpleasant tasting tap water, which ruins coffee, tea and water bottle experience. We loved tge well appointed high ceiling and nicely devorates rooms however!"

"The front desk staff could not be more helpful. Natalie was great. The breakfast was bountiful and the staff were buzzing around working very hard to ensure that all folks had everything they needed. The location is beautiful and extremely convenient to the Zion shuttle. The pool are was well maintained and such a beautiful spot to sit an enjoy the views of the mountains all around you."

"This hotel is excellent in every possible way. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location to the park simply can not be beat. You just walk to the visitor center and shuttles. There is the outfitters right there to rent Narrows gear and there is a brew pub right there to hang out and get a drink and food after spending the day in the park. No, it's not the cheapest option but but it's not crazy either for where you are and what you get. You are paying for the amazing convience, service, location, accomodations that simply can not be beat at Zion. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and if I ever visited Zion again would be the only place I'd want to stay."
