"Lovely stay, food very good and staff were very attentive and excellent service. The only thing was there was a problem with the hot water and the bathroom door handle was broken. This was sorted out as soon as we informed the staff who were extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying there again!"

"Only here for one night, but will be back. Hotel is deep in the New Forest, but well worth the trek to get to it. Yes, you need transportation, but once there you can be as active for relaxed as you want. Perfect location for a walk in the Forest. We had a room overlooking the forest. Great view with wildlife walking by, very comfortable bed, lovely tea & coffee...New Forest shortbread was delicious. Very comfortable bed. Every was lovely from the check in to our departure and dinner on the Armada restaurant was as good, if not better than some Michelin star restaurants we visited. Great breakfast and then we departed...but we will be back."

"Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. "

"Our room was very. Clean. *****Comfortable bed *****so had a good nights sleep. Plenty of milk, tea, coffe and hot chocolate , which was a nice surprise! ***** All the Staff were very helpful/friendly!!! REALLY enjoyed our overnight stay, and will be returning in tbe near future 🙂"

"WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it. The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me."
