"The room was dated but spotless. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The sauna and hot tub appeared clean and functional although we did not get to use it. The laundry facilities were completely unusable as all machines were out of order, and apparently this was a chronic problem. I would stay here again"

"We really enjoyed our stay and spent quite a bit of time in the beautiful lobby playing games provided by the hotel (due to a storm that came through for a few days). The staff was helpful. The location is perfect and Canmore is amazing (we preferred it over Banff.) The fire pit, free coffee and bikes were such a nice touch. The only issue we had was the air conditioner vent blew air directly onto the second bed - making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. It would be great if the air could be redirected upward. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!"
