Beautiful location, spa is awesome, food and drink were excellent. Beds are super comfortable. Easy access to town, can drive 3 mins or walk about 15 mins, there’s a nice path. Very pricey but consistent with other properties in Canmore.
Room was amazing and clean. Loved being on the top floor too! The room was also child friendly. I loved the Photo Booth, such a cool thing! Will definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.
Very Nice hotel. We did not use the spa which others rave about. Friendly staff. A bit of a walk from downtown if you are not driving. there is enough free parking in town itself so not an issue. We would stay there again.
We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. The room we had was well-appointed with comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly friendly and flexible, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Lakshay, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request.
Spacious and clean room. Melissa at front desk was courteous and very helpful. Sean, our server in the restaurant was exceptional too. We wished the room had a microwave but nice to have a fridge. The location has easy access to the highway to Banff. I recommend this place to anyone!
The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, bed is very comfortable and 4 pillows on each bed were lovely to have. Jaccuzi was nice after hikes. Definitley will book with them again! Btw was definitely a smart move to book in Canmore only 20 minutes scenic drive to Banff.
We specifically chose this hotel because of the Nordic Spa. What an incredible experience. Brook who led our Silent Chinook and Herbal Steam Cleanse. She was absolutely lovely.
Our servers at both the Elements bar and Rhythm and Howl (Laura)were all very friendly.
We plan another trip to the area next summer and will definitely stay here again
Beautiful place, nice spa, expert massage, and really good food in the restaurant. Only annoyance is the sink drips over the counter and tidying the place during stay need to be explicitly requested for each day.
Amazing hotel!!! We have stayed at many hotels in the Banff and Canmore area. This one is exceptional! The rooms are great with excellent amenities. The Nordic spa was a great addition to the relax trip! Would stay again for sure.
The location was great were able to see the 3 sisters mountain and hotel allowing the pet but the cleaning services when requested was not done for that day.
Great value relative to other stays in Canmore and Banff. The spa was good and so was the restaurant. They had a wood burning fire place in the lobby with complimentary board games.
When we first reserved, whoever was taking .y call, literally spent 15 min trying to find our reservation. They couldn't understand. Then they made a mistake on the birthday request- wrong person.
Otherwise stay was wonderful. Well located.
The accommodations were clean and within driving or walking distance to down town Canmore. The staff were kind and very helpful. The Nordic Spa was outstanding.
