Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
Hotel was nice but rooms are a little dated, had some miner plumbing problems but the staff jumped right on it. Hot tub is nice and lobby fireplace was great.

Banff Rocky Mountain Resort
The resort is aging so there are minor things like wallpaper peeling and blinds not opening properly. One bigger complaint is we had multiple thermostats (and a tile floor heater) in the suite that were all different controls and no instructions how to use them.
