The size of the apartment is decent, it's equipped with a few things (kettle, microwave, stove, fridge,vacuum cleaner, cutlery, pots and a few plates). The air conditioning is old and not strong enough for August heat, unfortunately. There's only one unit for the whole apartment which would be all right if it worked properly. Make sure you check for shower gel, soap, tea and coffee, as well as the TV remote in case you need it. If you don't find them, ask for them. The parking lot is really tight, but it is closed and safe. It's a good place for visiting Cannes for a longer stay, we were just in transit. The director/receptionist who checked us out was very kind.

staff were helpful during checkin and very nice to be able to park in a secure area. sncf station is not far and there are plenty of dining options around. promenanade is walkable as well. rooms were clean, comfortable. there is a balcony from the room breakfast was nice. baguette, croissant, juice, apple, coffee/tea. breakfast is served rather than a buffet. good deal overall and might stay longer next time

Hotellet låg ganska långt bort från hamnen, i ett bostadsområde men det var ok. Rummet var ganska litet men rent och sängen var skön och jag hade balkong, vilket jag uppskattade mycket. Städningen var inget vidare, en dag bäddades bara sängen och jag hade inget toapapper alls utan fick be om det. Fick bara duschcreme men inget schampo och munstycket till duschen var trasig så det sprutade vatten åt alla håll. Den ena mannen i receptionen var extremt trevlig och hjälpsam och det uppväger resten. Skulle bo här igen, trots bristerna

pas une bonne affaire

Sans trop détailler points faibles : chambre spartiate de 7 à 8 m², bruyant (murs fins), pare douche défectueux, marque de cigarette sur la table de nuit dont le tiroir est cassé, carreaux saillants d'1 cm pour accéder à la salle d'eau, je me suis fait mal, 3e étage sans ascenseur, parking payant, prix trop élevé pour le niveau (92€). Points forts : personnel adorable, chambre propre, lit confortable, petit balcon, bouilloire dans la chambre.
