Great location. Contemporary vibe
Great location in Cannes next to train station. Rooms are small so for two travelling together it works but not if u are travelling with friends and want separate beds. The top floor area is great for breakfast and snacks. Good views from rooftop too. Very short walk to the beachfront.

Friendly staff
Hotel was a bit hard to find. Parking was not easy. Front desk and other staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable free snacks and beverages were an unexpected nice touch.

Okko Hotel Cannes
Great location. Steps from Gare de Cannes, blocks from the Croisette. Dozens of shop’s restaurants. Breakfast was amazing worth the price. And the lounge is open 24h. Love the coffee and water machine. Staff in the breakfast room were amazing and well as the hotel staff.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Excellent location and amazing service (Marvin was a star)! Be aware that AC in the rooms were not functioning properly. Hotel is aware about it and hope issue can be solved quickly as summer in Nice can get quite warm.

This is a great hotel located next to the train station ( no luggage to carry around) and near stores and all sort of restaurants. Rooms are small, but modern. Front desk is also on top floor (different). You can easily find various restaurants near by and you can easily walk down to water front with plenty of shops along the way. Highly recommend!

The room too small you can’t move but it is clean the Launch has nothing except coffee and tea it was much nicer on 2019 you can hangout on it with much choices of drinks and snacks..the location is nice

Worst hotel in our 15 nights in Europe.
Walking in the hotel smells of sewage. They have a plumbing issue because our shower backed up into our room soaking everything. The windows did not close all the way so noise was an issue when sleeping. The HVAC just blew air and it would not cool the room enough making it impossible to sleep. Service at the front desk at arrival was great. The rest of the time, service was terrible.

Worst service and deduct amount without permission
Worst service ever! They deducted from my bank without my permission an amount that they shouldn’t have and refuse to refund me! 2 weeks later i am calling them from abroad and sending emails and they are ignoring me! Very unprofessional!

Relaxing city stay
Very easy check in process and staff were friendly. Brilliant relaxing areas and rooftop space. Comfortable room and free soft drinks available. Located next to train station but room was very quiet
