Fine night’s sleep for low cost (for Cannes)

I just needed a bed for the night and had the best sleep in ages. No noises. The receptionist accompanied me to my room. Very basic room and bathroom but all I needed. I didn’t pay for breakfast but was given clear directions to walk to bus for station and that I could pay the driver. Handy for station now that I know about bus 1 to/from Mistral

Ich komme immer gern in dieses Hotel. Es ist einfach, aber stets sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Bushalt Richtung Cannes vor der TĂŒr, Haltestelle Flughafen-Expressbus in der NĂ€he. Zur Croisette ca. 30 Min. zu Fuß. Leider roch es diesmal in meinem Zimmer (eigentlich Nichtraucherzimmer) nach Zigarettenrauch; im Bad gab es einen Schimmelfleck ĂŒber der Dusche. Ansonsten top.

Alors accueil mitigĂ© pas de place de parking pas de climatisation car en panne le problĂšme c'est que l'Ă©tablissement ce trouve dans un secteur oĂč en Ă©tĂ© la climatisation est obligatoire a cannes prĂ©cisĂ©ment ET que cette Ă©tablissement est classĂ© 3 Ă©toiles si ont avait pour cette Ă©tablissement une Ă©toile le faite de pas avoir de climatisation pourrais passer. Comparons un hĂŽtel formule 1 Ă  1 Ă©toiles ET possĂšde la climatisation Un hĂŽtel b & b hĂŽtel Ă  2 Ă©toiles ET possĂšde une climatisation. Maintenant le petit dĂ©jeuner si ont vous dit rien vous pouvez pas deviner qui faut payer ET rĂ©server le petit dĂ©jeuner la veille alors que partout ailleurs vous arrivez le matin vous payez ET vous avez le droit au petit dĂ©jeuner ici NON pour un prix de 15 euros. Comparons Au formule 2 vous payez moins de 10 euros pour un petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  voulonter 12 euros chez b & b hĂŽtel. En conclusion si vous aimez les hĂŽtels sans climatisation ET avec un petit dĂ©jeuner Au prix exorbitant avec obligation de rĂ©server la veille alors vous ĂȘtes Au bonne endroit Sinon fuyez fuyez vous trouverez mieux avec une climatisation et un vrai petit dĂ©jeuner ailleurs ET surtout avec un vrai 3 Ă©toiles. Accueil limitĂ©, la dame nous a accueilli en pyjama, parle a peine francais. La chambre etait sale, j'ai retrouvĂ© un sachet de preservatif ouvert... un chewingum collĂ©, le sol n'Ă©tait pas clean, et des serviettes deja utilisĂ©es et sales sous le lit!!!! De plus quand j'en ai parlĂ© elle n'a absolument pas reagit Ă  par ĂȘtre desolĂ©e.

Surprise Ă  l’arrivĂ©e?

Si Ă  mon arrivĂ©e, on m’a informĂ© que l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait en travaux, et qu’il n’y avait pas de rĂ©servation possible, (Qu’elle surprise!) on m’a tout de mĂȘme donnĂ© une chambre. Le lit Ă©tait assez confortable, mais la TV ne fonctionnait pas, pas de wifi non plus. Le sĂ©jour s’est passĂ©, rien de dramatique, mais rien d’exceptionnel non plus.

On vous donne le pass pour accĂ©der au parking en sous-sol au moins 2 Ă©tage , et lĂ  vous chercher l’ascenseur mais il n’y en a pas . Ah si vous en trouvez un qui vous emmĂšne dans l’immeuble d’à cĂŽtĂ©. On est perdu quoi !!! Avec les valises et un mari qui a du mal Ă  se dĂ©placer....

Séjour trÚs décevant. Les chambres sont pleines de cheveux, les papiers contenant les codes wifi sont toujours dans la chambre. Notre lavabo était bouché ! Les chambres sont petites. Il manque des serviettes... Nous cherchons les 3 étoiles. L'hÎtel ne prends pas les chÚques vacances alors qu'il y a le logo sur la porte de l'hÎtel !

Difficile pour un 3 Ă©toiles

Arrivée tardive 23h le réceptionniste est d'une lenteur épouvantable. Les chambres sont attribués manque de chance la mienne la clim est quasiment inexistant malgres divers essaie de ma part. L'isolation phonique est inexistante jusqu'à 1h du matin on entend les personnes aller venir de leurs chambres. La fatigue aidant vous finissez par vous endormir. Heureusement le petit déjeuner rehausse un peu le niveau si on passe outre le seau au millieu de la piÚce pour visiblement recueillir de l'eau qui coule du plafond.

Comfortable with excellent service

Last minute trip and was booked into this hotel as availability in Cannes was very limited due to the festival, From the outside it looks unwelcoming but once inside it is comfortable with the team running the hotel excellent and happy to help with any question asked of them from tact booking to obliging with plug converter.
