"This was probably the worst check in in my whole trip, the receptionist sent us to the most remote room in the property with a view of the laundry lines and called it a garden view, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE TIME mischarged for the extras. I had to get visibly upset for the room to be changed. "

"Det blev ingen vistelse! Vid framkomst efter 3 timmar bilresa fick vi beskedet att pousadan var stängd pga Coronaviruset. Man hävdade att alla meddelats detta via mail. Efter kontroll kunde vi konstatera att visst hade det skickats mail men bara 1,5 timme före vår ankomst till pousadan. Vilket var 16:00 på eftermiddagen ."
