"If you stay here, everything was good, except!!! Do not watch a movie. The system doesn’t tell you that a movie is $25 . You click on a movie, the screen flashes $25 and the movie starts. I pitched a fit and got the charge removed. Other than the movie scam the stay, four days, was great. Breakfast was very good. Staff was good. Movie was a world class rip off."

"It was honestly disappointing returning to the Inverness after staying here on our honeymoon 22 years ago. Back then, the hotel had warmth, great energy, and memorable food — sadly, much of that feels gone now. The seafood buffet is gone, breakfast was underwhelming, and the hospitality was lacking. We had to get our own water, find silverware and napkins from another table, and during the entire meal no server checked on us once. It genuinely felt like we were invisible. My wife and I are very low-maintenance people, and we always try to be understanding. But part of staying at a hotel is paying for an experience where you can relax and feel taken care of. I wanted to order coffee and even had cash ready for a generous tip, but after being repeatedly overlooked while staff walked past our table, I gave up. It left us feeling unwelcome and reflected poorly on the overall management experience. We came back hoping for nostalgia and a chance to celebrate, but the stay was unfortunately very “meh.” Honestly, we could have stayed at a less expensive hotel and likely received friendlier service. To make matters worse, the coffee maker in our room didn’t work the next morning. I contacted staff and never received a response. It’s disappointing to spend this kind of money and leave feeling let down instead of refreshed."

"Staff was efficient & helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast was justaverage and the breakfast area extremely small for the size of the hotel. They had to use a conference room for the overflow. Rooms were modern with great TV, however the design of shower/toilet space was pathetic. You couldn't full open the door because it was so wide it banged into the shower. That plus the fact you had to stand between toilet and shower if you wanted to close the door. Overall I would rate this hotel average at best."
