"Fantastic,comfortable room. Had everything we needed. Flavia and Christina made sure to have all the information we needed and helped us with everything, truly went above and beyond. Even to the point of ensuring we had transport to the train station and back. If you want a comfortable get away to explore a traditional Italain village this is the place to go!"

"Avoid this place at all costs! These are the rudest and most inconsiderate people you could ever encounter. My train from Venice was delayed for an hour, which caused me to miss my connection in Florence and arrive two hours late. Even though I informed them about the situation and the trouble we were going through, they called me disrespectful, canceled my reservation as a “no-show,” and charged me a penalty — leaving me, my husband, and my son stranded in the middle of nowhere without a place to stay for the night. I am deeply grateful to the kind local people who helped us, but I would never recommend anyone to stay here. I’ll make sure my experience is shared everywhere tourists might look, so no one else goes through this nightmare. I felt robbed and mistreated — especially shocking in a region known for its warmth and hospitality. "

"Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."
