"The location of the property was very good, and the staff was amazing throughout our stay(5 stars) Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made the experience much better. A couple of areas could be improved though — the pool could use more umbrellas for shade, and our room had a weird plumbing smell. Overall, the excellent staff and great location were the highlights"

"This hotel is overdue for a rehab. The carpets are worn and dirty, the walls need to be painted and it's just generally in a shabby state. Also, there was trash left in the hallways all day. I'm not sure why housekeeping couldn't dispose of it sooner. And for 24 hours there was a used Q-tip in the hallway outside of my room. Aside from all of that, the most annoying thing about this hotel was the key cards. In a one day period, I had to go to the lobby three different times to have my key card reset because it wouldn't work. If these cards are so sensitive, get a new system. My room was arguably about as far away from the lobby as any in the building and I would have to walk all the way around the building to get to the lobby. This was a hassle and made my stay very frustrating and unenjoyable. I will not return."

"This place is a bit dated and needs some updates but the accommodations were large, everything was very clean and the staff are very nice. Units have everything you need and were comfortable. I would stay again. Pro tip: if you go, eat at Manhattan in the Desert restaurant that is located next door."

"Nice relaxing boutique hotel. Aesthetically good looking, exclusive vibe. Room is good size and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the pool, complimentary coffee/tea and cookies. Ice machine was a plus. Towards the back of the pool there a fire pit and a cold plunge. Unfortunately the sauna was not working or that would have been awesome. Very cute seating/lounging all throughout hotel but no popcorn :( Owners you can make this an excellent stay by having all amenities available and functioning oh and a full body mirror is a must in all rooms. Overall would recommend and I would stay again. Staff was awesome. "

"Very nice, small and quiet boutique hotel . It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We stayed in the Hermann casitas and they were beautiful !! The only complaint was that the pool in the Herman casita area was a trendy shallow pool. I think a large normal pool would be much nicer . Otherwise very well run lovely property. "
