Search Bed and Breakfast in Cape Canaveral

"I gave two stars because of the staff lady checking me in. She was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived early from a cruise, couldn’t get our room, and was told room before 1pm would cost $40. We had a handicap room and apparently the people before us had a late 12:00 checkout? I don’t believe they had just one handicap room in the entire hotel. I asked when can we expect then to get our room? She said probably 1pm. We saw the people check out and leave at 12:15. We finally got our room at 2pm after watching so many others check in before us. It was very difficult sitting for 5 hours with a knee brace on. Each time I walked in to check, she said we’re working on it. She ‘worked on it’ for 5 hours? This was my second stay at Homewood and will be my last. Btw my first stay was awesome. They lost a customer. "

"day 1 great, day 2 apparently we left the do no disturb sign out to long as we didn't get any fresh towels (We took the sign off the door & left the room about 10 am) Day 3 we left the room about 9 am, saw the cleaning lady as we left and said, "our room was ready for her" No towels or beds made or room spiff was done. Went to the front desk and had to ask for more towels."

"We enjoyed the amenities on the property. The bar staff employee Charles was great. The rooms need a remodel, there was a distinct smell every time we walked into the room. I do wish housekeeping came In daily to freshen up the room. The food in the hotel restaurant was just mediocre. I also wish the room had two full beds instead of a pull out sofa. Also the walls were very thin and we could hear everything outside the room. "

"With the price if the room, having no complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. Also, the cruise port was only a couple of miles away and we had to pay 10.00 each person each way. Most hotels offer a complimentary shuttle for guests. Rooms were very clean and nice. "

"The room was clean and as expected. The staff were welcoming and informative. Don’t forget to get their hot cookies available at checkin. The hotel is approximately 6min from the port. Very convenient if you take the hotel shuttle as well. "

"Wonderful location in town. Large and clean space for all 6 of us. Easy walk to beach. "
