"Sheraton Aggie Greys was a great location in Apia town, 40min drive from airport though. Bit confusing as the listing on Expedia leads you to believe it is near airport. Totally different place altogether, but this is a historic location. The history of this building and the story of Aggie is well worth the stay. Unfortunately they forgot to my husband's birthday surprise in our room, which made me very sad as I had arranged well before our arrival. The staff felt bad and totally made up for it. For the price you pay here more attention to the smaller details would be recommended for the management to look into. No conditioner in either bathroom in our family room, my daughter's bath didn't even work and the phone to call reception or a local callsvto areange a rental car also didn't work. It's hard to rate with so many problems. It was experience and one wecwhere very much looking forward too. Slightly dissatisfied if we are honest. The beautiful gardens, staff and pool were amazing though.

"As a woman travelling on my own I felt so safe and I didn’t meet one staff member that wasn’t smiling, checking in on me or giving me advise for places to go/see. The hotel assisted me with hiring a car and getting me to/from the airport which was very appreciated. The hotel also arranged for me to see a local rugby game, which I highly recommend, and they made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The grounds and beach were beautiful and well maintained, my room had good AC and I also used their laundry service which was well priced and returned to me the same day. They also have complimentary snorkel gear which was great!"
"Room was spacious and clean. Staffs were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the location was very convenient. Definitely booking Amoa for my next trip"
"Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel that I booked it 3 times while visiting family and wanting to get away from family 😉😂getting in “me” time when I could.
The staff were amazing and friendly, and the whole place felt relaxing and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Reception ladies were excellent and got me an early check in at 12, they went above and beyond. The bar guys were awesome who served great cocktails & fantastic service with a smile 😊
The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was beautiful & the beach view to die for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."
"What an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely seamless. The airport shuttle was already waiting for us outside and was super easy to find, which made travelling with a baby so much less stressful.
When we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed by such a warm and friendly team who made us feel looked after straight away. Our room already had a cot set up for our baby, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly meant a lot to us as parents.
The views from our room were simply stunning. Waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The breakfast and buffet dinners were absolutely delicious, with so many great options every day. The evening shows were also incredible, so much fun and such a great atmosphere every night.
We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday, my husband’s birthday, and Mother’s Day week, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations.
Thank you for making these memories so special. We can’t wait to come back!

"Nice modern clean place. Super well
Located. Staff terrific Small but well appointed rooms. The only drawback was that the pool was closed the whole time. Breakfast good. Would have loved more LOCAL fruit rather than apples etc. the barista is terrific here. The lovely nature of the staff makes everything ok. You can walk to town and to Apias restaurants. Nourish does a great lunch. Milani good coffee and cakes. Don’t miss the palusami pizza at Giordanos"
"TV not working, hardly any cold water it’s was more hotter water, didn’t change sheets for 7 days first snd last I wished they can refund my money on a second day because we did not want to stay there anymore it’s a lesson from us next time we pay if we don’t liked it get refunded find somewhere else more refreshed better than that"
