"The hotel itself was clean and bright with nice colors. The staff was present and quickly acted when we asked for towels, and toiletries. I felt that the bathtub could have been cleaned better. The floor still had dust, the hotel phone did not work, which meant going down to lobby for things. 1 of the lamps, had no bulb. The pool was clean, heated, yet the towels for the pool were small, and not cleaned well."

"Well the hotel itself was nice! The pool was beautiful and much needed. But our room, the air conditioning pretty much stopped working properly! The first night the maintenance was able to get a fan to help make it cooler. The next afternoon it started becoming unbearable (92 degrees). Tried a bigger fan but to no avail, it was horribly hot!!!! We did get to switch rooms at 1030 pm. We would had left that night and asked for a refund of some sort if not! I hope no one gets stuck with that room until they correct the problem!!!!"
