I have stayed at 61 on Camps Bay many times previously and have always been happy. This time we arrived and the property looked tired and in need of renovation. The room felt a little grubby and the blind in the bathroom was rusty and broken (room 5). The staff were lovely, as always. Very friendly and helpful. Nonetheless, I’ll probably stay in different accommodation next time.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants de Camps Bay. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Petit bémol : l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement : la clé de la grille d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas correctement, la porte de douche difficile à rouvrir, le câble TV défectueux. Rien de très méchant, l'endroit reste très agréable. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux.

Bom custo-beneficio. Nao é a região mais indicada para baixa temporada, pois não é possível aproveitar a praia e fica longe do centro da cidade, onde tem a maior concentração de atividades de lazer. No verão deve ser incrível. Atenção para as tomadas no quarto, só havia uma no meu. A sacada não é particular, é compartilhada com os outros quartos.

Friendly and fabulous..

This is the second time I have stayed at 61 on Camps Bay. It's located just far enough away from the main strip to enjoy a peaceful sleep in beautiful rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It really could do with air conditioning but this is the only negative thing I can say.
