Brilliant hotel overall. The location was a little tricky to find at first, but once there it was nice. The rooms were modern, very clean, and spacious, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. I must say the breakfast was excellent — a great variety of options and very high quality, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel has a great atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Probably the friendliest hotel I have been to. The staff, all the staff are excellent can’t do enough to help you. Rooms are good quality, pool area and sun deck is great. Breakfast is amazing quality and plentiful. Drinks and other meals are reasonably priced and good quality. I’ve extended my stay by an extra night (owing to Middle East flight issues) and arranging that was easy. Location is ideal for the waterfront I have walked there and back a lot. Hotel provides transport or an uber is literally £2-3. The only thing, which made me smile is the “harbour view” it’s a working port with containers being moved about. But technically it’s a harbour view. But Balamory it is not. I can’t fault this hotel in anyway.

Polite and helpful staff made our stay very memorable. The shuttles are convenient to get into town on hot days. We walked back to the hotel when it was pleasant weather which took about 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet is amazing, one can also add freshly cooked eggs or avocado toast on top of the lavish selection. The pool was decent but there were no parasols to shade under so it was way too hot in the summer sun. There is the option of the private shuttle to and from the airport which we took three times. They were timely and very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a peace of mind and welcoming faces.
