Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking around the Manhattan is also a bit of a challenge. The bed was creaky and slightly dated. Other than that it was great experience, smooth easy process from booking to checking out.

Everything was okay besides the fact that the internet password didn't correspond with the username, so we had no wifi for our two nights stay, other then that it was okay.

Thank you for the upgrade. The property is in a good location minutes walk to the Canal Walk shopping mall. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were good. However the equipment in the apartment did not all work. The towel warmer needed to be fixed and we could not get the hob to work. A set of instructions and list of telephone numbersb would be helpful. thank you.

Good day, It's a shame to even send a survey to evaluate your service when we never stay where we paid for! What kind of business are you running? You are selling people a bunch of false hope! I was going to propose to my future wife, but you just ruined my plan, my holiday, my joy of being in Cape Town.
