My stay at this establishment was amazing! The apartments are lovely, clean, and well equipped. Although the room was really great, the people who work there are what make this place so special. They are friendly, helpful, and generous. I wish I had stayed longer than 4 nights!

Spacious apartments, good location

This apart-hotel is very nice. Good location if your business is in the city. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every request was met efficiently and with a smile, which goes a long way into making a hotel a good one. There was construction right next door so it was noisy very early in the morning. I donā€™t think I can fault the hotel for this though since it doesnā€™t have control over it and it will hopefully be for limited time. Just a heads up for anyone traveling around this time, request a room away from the noise. Other than that itā€™s a good hotel. Iā€™ve stayed before, years ago, and will stay again.

If you want to experience how a hotel from a large chain should be run properly this is the place to go. Not 5 star but much better than many 4 & 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Rooms (apartments) are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a great standard. Location is excellent ā€“ easy walk or Uber to Waterfront and other areas. The staff were helpful and friendly to the last man/woman. The couple of times we needed to call someone (e.g. trying to figure out how to operate a very complex Bosch washing machine) we got immediate and effective attention.

Romantic stay

This is more suited for business not for a romantic stay. The room we were first shown was next to a very loud active construction site. The rooms are dated and need redecorating even though specious. Breakfast was slow and very basic. Some staff were helpful others did not.

Loved the location and the staff. The room was huge. Seems a waste to have both sofas and none be a pullout. Could use a small shop at night for sodas and snacks. Great place to stay for central business district or the V&A Waterfront.
