"Gretal (front desk and housekeeping) was amazing, friendly and just awesome. The motel itself was not in its best condition but our bed was very comfy and room was clean. Adequate amenities such as Keurig, AC, TV, hairdryer and parking. The surrounding was peaceful and beautiful by the water. We were most impressed when we got back to the motel late, the property was extremely well lit, which made us feel very safe. 👍👍👍 Shower made squeaky noises and not enough outlets for phones and gadgets. Excellent rates and we’d love to return to this motel."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cavendish Lodges in the two-bedroom deluxe cabin. It was the perfect size for four adults. The cabin was absolutely perfect, it had absolutely everything we needed and never felt like we were missing anything. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The service was amazing, and the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming. One of the little extras we really appreciated was the complimentary laundry, which was such a nice touch, especially while travelling. It was cozy, peaceful, and the perfect place to come back to after exploring the area. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable here. We had such a great experience and would absolutely stay at Cavendish Lodges again. It was one of the highlights of our trip! 🌲🏡"
