Even before I checked in, Asst Manager Monique had been giving me advice and offering to book restaurants and transport, and even searching the Internet for info on the Highgate ostrich farm and Cango Caves which I wished to visit. And host Rene’s was the most warm & welcoming reception I’ve ever come across, showing us around the House, telling us to relax and enjoy ourselves, even helping us with our laundry, and packing a takeaway breakfast for our early check out!
