"Awful smell around the property, room was far away from main building, not secure or safe feeling, anyone could come use pool or enter to the elevator. Room has some bugs, ants all over balcony and kept getting in. Charged a ton of extra fees daily parking even though we had to park own cars and ..."

"Kayak rental - chair was not attached, Life vest straps were not working. Had to get help when son was knocked off kayak. Coast guard was called. Tie dye - shirt was not 100 % cotton so die all rinsed off."
