"Pros: The room was huge and well equipped with everything you needed provided The building is stunning and has ample parking even for large cars. I personally would have liked a door on the bathroom but with the privacy glass and the toilet behind the wall it worked. The staff we spoke to were polite but there werent many of them around. The italian restaurant on site is very good and reasonably priced The location is pretty and quiet Cons: No room service The breakfast though varied was not good quality - the croissants were old and several items flavourless Overall, its marked as a 5 star hotel - it has the building and rooms to be so but doesnt provide a 5 star experience"

"The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a renovation/ modernisation. Otherwise its clean and spacious. The beds were inconsistent in comfort. We were in the quadruple bed room and half the bed were so old it squeaked when you roll over in your sleep, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that I didn't get to sleep much all night."

"There was nothing in the room except for the bare minimum. Towels and a shower kit. No kettle or glasses/cups. No cutlery. If I was looking for more than somewhere to sleep then this would have disappointed me. Shame I couldn’t make myself a coffee this morning."
