"Séjour très agréable,nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires de l'hôtel malgré l'heure tardive très chaleureusement, ceux-ci nous ont conseillé un très bon restaurant pas très loin de l'hôtel. Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille.La sympathie de ce couple n'est pas feinte.Ils sont très sociables et gentils. "After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place."
