Nice place in not so nice part of Cebu.
"This is a nice place in a not so good section of Cebu. The staff are attentive , and polite. The included breakfast is excellent and the menu changes daily. One drawback is that we never got warm water and it was difficult to take a cold shower. They claimed the hot water heater needed repair."
