"The rooms are clean but its an old styled hotel with a bathroom that was not very practical. There is no half wall that separate the toilet wall from the shower so the water splashes away from the shower to the toilet floor. The price of accommodation is great so I guess we get what we paid for. Otherwise, the staff and breakfasts were very good and the location is perfect."

"1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path and read all the informational signs on the resort's considerable biological diversity. The resorts' views including the accessible spa also suggest what paradise might look like."
