"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. Because of this I had to secure another location to stay at for a much higher cost. I am still trying to secure repayment for the cost of the room that I had paid for. "

"It has a grocery and other places in same building makes it nice for longer stays. The photos are a bit outdated and the city has taken the toll on the building. It is an air b and b not hotel style. So depending on owner depends on what you get. Overall seems to be slightly above average especially for price. Fairly well located and has private parking garage. "

"Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. Many Pros to be said about the staff and the resort. The resort was comfortable and clean. All the staff was respectful, helpful, and inviting as well as professional. Keith, Margarie, and Jose were absolutely amazing. They offered awesome service and made our stay extra memorable. the only down side for us (which is personal preference to be fair) was that the beds in our room weren't not comfortable and we lacked getting good sleep but overall I still give 5 stars and will be back again soon. "

"Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay pleasurable, going out of their way to be helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the buffet lunch world class. It was very convenient having a free chilled water machine on our floor and just down from our room. There's Sky TV with local channels plus YouTube. Ayala Mall is directly across from us, as well as a McDo and a 7-Eleven. There's even a jeepney/ Aircon van terminal there as well, across the street. The swimming pool was a little small but the environment around the pool and the bar made up for it. I would highly recommend staying here, we enjoyed our stay very much."
