Clean and comfortable. Excellent central location. Reasonably priced parking in hotel car park. Will stay there again.
Very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable clean room. Great cocktails in the bar and fantastic food at Browns restaurant in the hotel. Location couldn't be better so all in all a fab place to stay in Cardiff city centre. We are planning to return.
The hotel is in a perfect location. Staff and service was amazing. Breakfast staff were so happy to assist and the front desk were very happy to answer questions.
Rooms were well kept, spacious and clean
It’s a beautiful hotel & staff are all outstanding !!
My only gripe is how slow check in process is .
For a hotel of this calibre I would expect a swifter check in .

Great location for Xmas shopping, close to all the shops and bars. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Mini fridge so you can put in a bottle of wine for when your getting ready for the night. Staff great.
Lots of bars, restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. Great bar, Browns, within the hotel too. St Davids shopping mall a stones throw away. Millenium Stadium max 10-15mins walk away.
