The ataff were incredibly friendly, the overall atmosphere of the hotel waa lovely, and the add ons as it was out anniversary were very kuch appreciated.

Property was very tired. Air conditioning didn’t work in the first room and the replacement room was incredibly noisey. Tiles in bathroom were broken and lifting. Check in was incredibly slow and reception didn’t pick up their phone when I rung multiple times. Felt unsafe just outside the Hotel.

It was well placed for walking into city centre. Restaurant was only average. It was annoying to have to pay £10 to use pool as on the first day, we only had time for a 40 minute stay in the pool area. Staff were all lovely.
