The staff have to be the best of the best. From checking in to checking out and everything in between. The staff were friendly professional and willing to go extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble and bonus is this IBIS unlike other budget IBIS has a kettle in the room. It’s the small touches that make the difference.

Budget with nice staff
It is a budget hotel, so that would obviously be limiting a few things. The heating was broken, but they very kindly gave me a heater. It could’ve been a bit cleaner, a bit fresher, but it was comfortable warm and quiet and now my three main basic requirements. The software, particularly friendly and helpful.

Avoid!!
Located right next to motorway. Not enough parking on site. Very basic, rundown and unclean. The room smelled of drains and the bedding smelled of smoke. The layout of the small rooms is terrible.

The staff are lovely well manners and always try to make youre stay more enjoyable the room,s are clean and well kept the atmosphere there was total zen/peaceful also tryed there pizza,s wow 100% better than any takeaway pizzas ive had 😛 apart from that we had a lovely week down there thankyou to all the staff i met and had the pleasure of ralking to. ✌️😇👍 hope to see you in the furure x
