There was no catch on bathroom door and the handle fell off . The holder for the shower hose wasnt tight. So couldn't be adjusted just at bottom of pole. Room was clean enough and price was reasonable. Just needed a bit of maintenance

The property was nice no breakfast included or the option of having one the central heating wasn’t working only had a small electric heater the room was very cold

Right in the beer garden, boisy and no manager to talk to, booked for 3 days asked for a refund as i left after 1 nigjt and no manager available, Hotels.com then messaged them and bo response so because the manager didnt respond i dont get a refund, great customer service 🙄 not
