Everything was good. Afternoon tea and breakfast were great and staff were very pleasant. Dinner at the vale grill was very poor. Food quality was not good. Under seasoned and unimaginative dishes. Chips not properly cooked, pork not crispy and chicken quite dry. This was disappointing considering we paid over £100. I hope this can be improved as it will put us off staying here again.
