Working at the Utilita Arena, Village hotel good spot for us with plenty of parking for our vehicles! Decent Bar with a very good menu and plenty of sport to watch as well.

The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival. They helped with check in and were knowledgeable! They had also gone the extra mile for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday; adding a not, balloons, and gift. Honestly it was such a lovely surprise!

Best Hotel in Cardiff

We truly really enjoyed our stay. Staff was really helpful, especially lady at the reception. We need more people like her. Room was clean and spacious. Location is good, not too far from the city centre. I would highly recommend this hotel in Cardiff

I love this hotel, rooms have everything you need and are clean and comfortable. Pool was fab, staff are great and food is good. Plenty of parking and great location parking is £5 a day if you don’t have it included with the room.

2nd visit

Stayed before, but this time was because I needed to be in Cardiff early for surgery, so I couldn't enjoy the great breakfast. Pool and spar as good as i remember.
