"Majestic Mirage was very Majestic, the staff was on point. Our Butler Yemerson was all over any issues or situation that we had! The property was amazing and well kept. Polanco and Marisol were extremely nice and check in on our needs if any. The entertainment was covered for all ages and very tasteful. We will definitely be back!"

"My family and I came back to this hotel for the second time this year. Having been there last year, we were able to notice a few things, and not for the better. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is still very nice and well maintained. My message is mostly for management. I think the staff is still AMAZING, we truly had a great time and enjoyed every second of our vacation. However,... - Elevator was broken, at least the one next to our room which was on the second floor. So, we had to use stairs every time. It's okay for us but for a handicapped person might be impossible to do. - Our room door broke on the second day [latch would not close, the hinge was loose], and we had to sleep with the door unlocked as the issue was not resolved. I had to put a chair behind the door as I could not fall asleep. Eventually, nothing happened but it was uncomfortable. It got fixed eventually. -The restaurants are extremely hot; the air is bad and really hot inside. I just wish management would take care of these issues before it becomes a bigger problem, the hotel is really nice. New Serenade Hotel just opened next door. I am sure is beautiful but so is this existing location. Havind said that I also want to mention again that the staff is AMAZING, the FOOD is GREAT, and the rooms are really big, spacious and cold, which is what matters indeed. We saw some waiters for the second time this time, SUSANA, Gracias por todo!"

"This was our second time staying in Margaritaville Beach resort we stood one and one in St. Thomas and now this one in Nassau Bahamas we went for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We spent five nights six days. We had a beautiful Sweet on the fifth floor of the one particular harbor side it was perfect. The only down part about it was all those cruise ships every single day got a little annoying, but you can’t do nothing about that. All in all the resort was very well kept clean beautiful. The food in the two dollies are good as far as the sandwiches for breakfast. The vacation café was pretty good as well for breakfast and lunch. The food in the area out of 10 . the minute you leave the resort you get hounded by locals trying to sell you everything and anything. The walking distance to everything is pretty cool and close. There’s a McDonald’s if you wanna get breakfast nearby. As good to switch it up every day do or get something different.. This resort has two beaches, which makes it very nice to pick from only if you stay in the one particular harbor you’re able to use both beaches."
