"Although a nice hotel on a decent beach, unless you pay a ton extra for a room on the ocean side, come prepared with ear plugs or you won’t get good sleep. The sound of traffic for a one way road was crazy. I felt like they were driving right next to my bed. Change the city that never sleeps to San Juan. Motor cycles roared all night, and if horns weren’t honking, police sirens were sending warning chirps. Also, the adult pool got hotter and hotter every day. By our last day it was a hot bath. As much as I appreciated the quality of the hotel and staff, I would not plan another stay at this location."

"The optics/aesthetics of this resort were ON POINT and The staff was wonderful. A few issues did arise. A) my room had mold in the shower and mold collecting on the couch in my bungalow suite. B) the app for making reservations to eat (mind you, ALL 12 restaurants are reservation only or you can’t eat) was down, so we had the front desk assist us in booking a few dinner reservations. upon arrival for dinner, the host informed us we did not have a reservation, and denied us entry. This happened 2 separate occasions, both reservations booked by the front desk. How are guests supposed to eat if the app is down and the desk-made reservations do not work? Very displeased with that. C) at 7pm security kicked us out of the pool. kicked EVERYONE out of the pool. respectfully, if i’m doing ANY swimming at night, it will be in the pool and not in the ocean. I was shocked when they said everyone needed to exit the pool — Mind you, if i was at home in arizona in the summertime, the sun would still fully be up at 7pm. D) my friends suite door battery died— desk told them to wait at their suite and someone would come to change the battery. they sat outside their room for 2 hours at 6am waiting for someone to come. Overall, the resort is stunning and the staff are so fun and kind! however these issues will stop me from booking at Princess resorts in the future. "

"You got to still pay the resort fee which was a little annoying but overall good stay"

"The beach was a disappointment for me, very rocky and my friend poked her toe. She was taken care of by the nurse, thankful for that. We went to the ATV excursion and everyone that wanted to ride were required to have an unexpired driver’s license, hence another friend was not able to drive one. In all I give the whole experience a 4. The hotel, excluding the beach part a 5. Oh and we do not recommend taking teens, the showers did not have much privacy and we needed to wait on one person to finish before leaving or coming into the room. We stayed at the suite with the swim-out pool. Apparently the regular rooms also have the same setup. "
