"Nice property. Enjoyed the pools. Buffets were great and contained a lot of meat at the meals.that was a pleasant surprise. Regularly tipping pool attendants got me great service, larger glasses and unsolicited new drinks to try. I would have liked room to have a comfortable chair instead of just the hardback desk chair."

"Weather was not the best so fi ding beach/pool spots was not hard as other reviews have mentioned. Hotel grounds are awesome, resturants in the hotel were solid. The tours provided by the Concierge were top notch."

"The property was very modern and maintained nicely. As soon as you walk in there’s very relaxing music and sounds off waterfall from the fountains throughout may parts of the grounds. Lovely spacious pools and very spacious beach area with plenty seats. "

"The hotel was great and located right in front of the beach. Our room was clean, and the pool area was very nice, with bars around it and music playing. The buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. We traveled with two young kids, though I’m not sure this hotel is the best option for families. Cons: Most of the staff were friendly, but a few were not (at breakfast and at the bar), which was disappointing. Also, be careful with the “welcome package.” We thought it would provide information about the hotel and its amenities, but instead it was a sales presentation for a membership/package. We ended up spending about 1.5 hours there, and I still didn’t really understand the offer before we finally said stop. We later heard that some people spent up to four hours. We came to enjoy the hotel and our vacation, so this process should either be stopped or clearly explained in advance. It’s not normal to take up half a day from guests who are paying to enjoy their holiday. In the end, we didn’t even receive any useful information about the amenities. Restaurant reservations were also difficult. Most restaurants are first-come, first-served, and reservations aren’t available. For the steakhouse and the Japanese restaurant, you can reserve through the app, but you have to wake up at 7 a.m., and within five minutes everything is fully booked."
