"Nice room with big windows overlooking the water. Breakfast was great, parking easy and kind staff, especially the man at reception after I hurt my hand! Thank you. There is a huge oil refinery in Milford Haven which you are opposite, but our room faced the boats which was much better."

This was totally unacceptable, as this information was not provided in the booking details. The best resolve we could get was a 20% discount on the evening meal. (Whilst the breakfast was noted as 'free' in the booking details, we know the cost is obviously included in the cost of the room)."

"The staff really make this hotel — they’re fantastic! Always attentive, checking that everything is okay and asking if you need anything. The hotel is currently undergoing some improvements, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all. Our room was fantastic, everything was very clean, and we’ll definitely be back. The breakfast was really nice and tasty I would recommend the Welsh Breakfast "
