Where to start. Everything. Everything. The hosts are very special. An uncommon concierge. A friend. The whole team. Day and night. The beautiful gallery. We had a great stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is excellent—close to major sights and easy to get around on foot. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

The breakfast fabulous. Service and ALL people around (I mean REALLY ALL) were more than helpful. Everybody from reception to restaurant and housekeeping should get not 10/10 but at least 20/10 for their service. This hotel is one of 2 BEST hotels where we stayed in Poland.
