"The property "upgrades" need to be cleaned up. Paint on the door key reader. The side doors SLAM shut...... put a damener in. This woke us up EVERY day when we stayed. Put wired internet in the rooms? Clean the pool."

The Manager is phenomenal with her people, skills and ability. To make you feel very welcomed and valued us being there! Her staff are well dressed extremely respectful, kind, with a positive can do energy and attitude! "It was quiet and clean"

"Not very clean sheets had yellow stains on them. Was there for 10 minutes and had to go find another hotel room. Front desk said they would cancel the reservation but yet to see any money back in my account. "

"the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. We attempted to use a baggage rack and the wheels were not adequate to make all the turns from the one elevator to our room. The toilet is too close to the ground and hard to get down and up from. Wi-fi was extremely slow. "

"It was extremely clean. The pillows are not to my liking but they are the norm hotels use. The bed was firm. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator an electric stove top a microwave and dish washer. Free laundromat on site. Enjoyed my stay."
