"Let me start with entering the building itself. When you arrive, no one is there, and youโll be greeted by a gate that wonโt open until you enter a passcode. You need to use your cell phone to open it. If you have no service, it wonโt work. There are only three parking spots, and the place is tiny, so if you have a bigger car, good luck. We had a Jeep, and it was very difficult to park every night. It was hard to get in and out quickly, so you have to stand there to keep the gate open. We had to ask the neighbor for help, and she was very annoyed. We're not the only ones who couldnโt get inside. I was supposed to receive a notification through Expedia on how to get in, but I never got any emails. We waited for an hour before anyone could help us, which was very disappointing. The bathroom had a strange smell like sewage. The room was okay, but there was no storageโjust an old cabinet with four hangers. The whole place and inside smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall, the stay was good, thanks to the balcony and the great view."

"The property is beautiful, on-site parking always a bonus, and the rooms are adequate for what our needs were. The breakfast was a wonderful layout & staff was great. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was poor. It was cool air coming out, it just wasnโt powerful enough to cool the room. The shower had great water pressure; however, the drain was very slow & I do not prefer standing in water while bathing."
