"Coffee maker didn’t work down in the lobby. Staff was friendly, parking was easy."

"The are was nice, but unfortunately there is an apartment complex perhaps behind the hotel that had a lot of activity. There were people fixing cars in the lot and drinking, looked like people could possibly be living in their vehicles? The police ended up on the premises at one point. Not sure what was going on but just seemed a little shady. Other than that it provided a decent place to stay while we got away from the busyness of life. We visited the Santa Barbara Humane Society and adopted a pup, so that was a major plus of the trip. I wouldn't pay what I did to stay there again. I thought it would be better maintained for the price."

"Never had a chance to stay here. I booked through Travelocity more than a month before my stay. Booking was confirmed. When I tried to check in, the front desk person could not find my reservation, said it was lost because they are “debranding” from Motel 6, and did not offer to help me any further. Thankfully I used the pay later option so I didn’t have to fight to get my money back, but this was an extremely poor customer service experience from both the hotel and Travelocity."

"The hotel is under construction so that made things a bit complicated. But the room was nice and spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was terrible. The lady working the breakfast was…well she made us feel a bit uncomfortable. She was constantly rushing around the room and hovering over us. It made us feel like we were being watched and about to be scolded or something. The pool area felt dated and small but did the job. Just seemed a bit pricey for what we got. I’ve gotten high class beach side hotel rooms for this price. Not a lot of options in the area so I think we will be returning for an event in the future. "
