"After a long drive I was warmly greeted as I checked in. I dropped my bags and walked around. The pool and lagoon area were beautiful. And I was entertained by tiny baby ducks swimming and waddling on the lily pads. The room was great. Clean and had everything I needed. I appreciated the text post check-in making sure I had everything. I truly enjoyed staying here. "

"The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The valet gentleman remembered my name the next day which was very impressive considering the hotel was completely booked. The property is under construction which was a bit inconvenient but understandable. The room was spacious and very modern with a very comfortable bed. They provided reusable water bottles and had a filtered water station on our floor which dispensed flat or sparkling water. Very convenient as it was pretty the days we were there. "

"We enjoyed staying here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrive a few hours early and were able to check in. Hotel is 2 min walking distance from the beach and state street about 7 minutes on a bike. Electric bikes are available for rental right across the street from the hotel. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. We also had breakfast and a dinner at convivo. The food was amazing. A lot of flavors. Drinks were delicious as well! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much at the Santa Barbara Inn. "
