elevators were not operating at full capacity and had to wait minimum of 10 minutes every time we needed to use them. sometimes more which we then use the stairs that led to the outside of the hotel

Our room was in the Versailles Tower with a balcony facing the Strip. The room was well appointed, but loud, which was expected facing the Strip.
However it was also thumping until the small hours with the night club music vibrating the room from the Bottled Blonde.

Hotel rooms were dirty and the bathroom hygiene products were very low tier - used to staying at hotels with name brand products you can trust like Crabtree and Evelyn. Floors were dirty and sheets smelled like bleach.
