"This is a superb hotel. Fantastic location and incredibly helpful multi-lingual staff. My room was small but was fine for a short stay, and it was immaculately clean. The bed, bedding, and pillows were unusually comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for a room that faced a busy pedestrian street. Reliable, fast WiFi. Strong A/C. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There's a wine bar across the street which is excellent. There's also a huge bank of lockers in the basement where you can store anything from backpacks to large luggage. I would definitely stay here again."
"The property was excellent. The best thing about our stay were the front desk staff! Laetitia, Francesca and Catherine were absolutely wonderful. Laetitia greeted us at check-in as if we were family. She has a delightful personality. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. The coffee machine made tasty coffee. Our AC in our room cooled well even in the midst of a heat dome. The hotel and team far exceeded our expectations."
"On the whole was good however the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment having to ask for spoons no milk jugs so having to use a cup resulting in spilled milk on the table and the tea bags with lukewarm water just not good enough"
"Lovely staff! Conveniently located hotel close to everything. They do have parking but there is also many parking garages in the city. The breakfast was nice so I recommend adding that if you like. The air conditioned room was excellent during the heat. I would stay there again."
"Wonderful staff, they all were extremely nice and helpful. Excellent location, in the middle of all you need as a tourist. Price was very good over all. The rooms are being renovated and the finished ones are very nice."
"Lots of great things about this hotel. The location is excellent - an easy walk from the train station, a nearby tram stop, and the center of town. The staff were wonderful. And we loved how spacious the one-bedroom apartment was, as well as the convenient laundry room (set up and use with an app) near the reception desk. The only reason I couldn’t give a perfect review was the lack or air conditioning. It was only mid 80’s outside, and they informed us at check in there was no A/C, but two fans were provided. We didn’t think much of it. But once in our room on the 6th floor, it was stifling hot. It didn’t improve with windows open and fans going all night. By morning, we were anxious to leave and packed our bags hours before planned. Even in an old building, they could add attic fans or other improvements. I can’t recommend this hotel for a summer stay, but it would be a perfect choice the rest of the year."
