Carrefour Commercial Center

Lovely building with Asian flair. Check in and front desk staff were stellar. Incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful. Got us into our room early after an overnight flight. Room was okay, but small. One entire wall is built ins with large tv in the middle. Because of the built ins, there was no effective room for luggage. Also, no desk. I’ve never complained about no desk before, but desks provide additional places to set important items, I.e. purse, tablets, readers, phones and provides charging capabilities. The nightstands were small and crowded with phone, large, round lights and an alarm clock that is too large for the space. Not nearly enough room for devices as well. Curtains and lights operated by wall switches. Lights have 3 settings, on-off, day, and night. You cannot adjust them outside of those settings. Curtains are motorized and can either be fully open or fully shut. Day 1 light switches stopped functioning. Engineer came up at almost midnight to fix. Day 2, stopped working again. Engineer could not fix. Moved to another room. Thx to front staff, it was an upgraded room. Larger and had 2 chairs vs 1 we had in the prior room. In the prior room, with 2 people, 1 had to sit on the bed & the other in the chair. Not cool. Hotel is in a good location. Could walk to a lot of places, including the train station. Restaurants close by. Breakfast buffet looks impressive, but most food was lukewarm or cold. Probably would choose a different hotel next time.

立地もサービスも素晴らしかったです。言うことなし。
