"The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it."

"The room AC was not working in our room, had to be one of the worse sleeping nights ever… the key card stopped working meaning no lights etc for over a hour…has to be the worse ever hotel experience."

"The room was modern and clean. The pool was lovely and great fun for the kids. Some difficulties getting a sun lounger as pretty busy but it was July."

"We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here."
