"the rooms needs to be updated, rain a couples days and we have leaks in the ceiling all over the room , we had to complaint and they changed us for small room that doesn’t have hot water in the shower, I am surprised how you rated this hotel nine when needs a lot of work in the rooms , we complain about the hot water but never got fix that issue. the room was clean no place to put your stuff , you have to keep everything in the suitcase, love the location, I learned that never believe in the reviews, the upper deck was dirty snd looks like abandoned, well very bad experience and I never will recommend this hotel"

"Unit was very clean, well decorated and in the perfect location!! I love the mix of Spanish style with modern more eclectic feel. It had a good size balcony and the outside terrace and building itself really said OLD SAN JUAN. I loved my stay with bear. Very responsive and no issues at all with check in. "
