Hotel Nest is super cute w/ spacious, clean rooms, and extra friendly staff. I enjoyed morning coffee in common balcony areas. BUT…the location is strange; not much to do (restaurants, shopping, bars), lots of vacant buildings, and not as lively as I’m used too in PR. Even still we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

Room was clean and the desk clerk was helpful and polite. He carried our bags to our room. The room was very comfortable. We had a nice tv and private bath. The bed was comfortable. The desk clerk ordered food for us to be brought to the hotel.

The staff was great the room needs some touching up the tiles on the floor was old and grungy. There is no elevator and help with suitcases is not always available. No hot water at times. It was very noisy and no Continental breakfast.

The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. The shock was finding out there was no elevator. Fortunately the staff were very pleasant and carried our suitcases up to the 3rd floor. The other problem was that whole area closes down on Saturday at 3:00, check in time. The only place we could find to eat was Burger King. There were a couple of very noisy bars that didn’t serve food. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very good and there was a lot of noise from the street outside our room, making it difficult to sleep.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. The issue was having a door with glass. The light on the 2nd floor shined right through the door. It was bright in the room all night. I have never experienced that in a hotel before.

Hotel was fine. Room was clean. We parked our car in the hotels lot (locked at night) and took Ubers to Old San Juan (about $12-15). Be aware there are lots of homeless people in the area.

We were given two waters but then told we couldn’t have anymore late at night….we were told to go to a bar to buy water; a hotel should provide water even if they want to charge.
