"Great price on the room and breakfast included. The room was on the third floor, where we requested. There was an order in the halls. The room was clean. This is a no frills hotel. Temperature control was a problem in the room. The bed was very firm. We had our grandsons visit and we enjoyed bowling. This was geared towards families. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. We would stay here again."

"clean room (does need some updates, especially in the bathroom) .... breakfast was OK, but definitely NOT "top rated" ..... cereal or toast .... I was disappointed there was no reading chair in the room (which is shown in the description photos)..... my wife prefers a real chair to sitting on the bed..... the manager was able to pull a chair from the breakfast room .... not as good as expected, but...."

"It’s a disappointment because I thought I booked a hotel but we end up in a motel room by the time we check in.we had no choice but to take it..we don’t use an airconditioner because it smells like cigarettes if you turn it on..they don’t let people know that the hotel itself are running on renovation.. "The hotel was very clean, modern, and quiet. The only complaint is very poor communication skills of the staff at the front desk. Upon check-in, the female employee was very robotic, impersonal, and indifferent in her attitude. She did not make any effort at all to be cordial during the entire check-in process. After my check-in, I needed to retrieve another bag from my vehicle, and I found her standing outside the front entrance smoking a cigarette."
