"This was hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The pools were amazing, the room was amazing, even the outdoor area was amazing! I loved how the kitchen had plates and silverware and even baking pans. It was so convenient. The washer and dryer are also such a nice addition. The pools were absolutely amazing; I cannot stress that enough! They were also heated! A feature that I don't think they mentioned but it was fantastic. The walking area out back was so beautiful, the fireplaces, Halloween decorations and lights were top notch. We usually don't ever stay at the same hotel twice to try new things, but we will 100% be staying here again. I literally cannot wait until we come back."

"We greatly enjoyed our brief stay and the staff were excellent. Room was very large with a full-size refrigerator and stove, quiet, and comfortable. The only complaint I had is that the bathtub uses an unusual mechanism for activating the shower (there is a ring under the faucet that you pull down once the water is running). We did not visit the pool, so I cannot review it, though it did seem popular during our stay. Wood Fire Grill is located across the parking lot and weekend breakfast is included with your stay (you have to pay for drinks and of course tax. My wife and I had a soda apiece and paid roughly $9, which was a bargain for the amount and quality of the food. We will definitely stay again"

"This was our second time staying at the Island. It is an extremely clean hotel with the nicest employees. They gave us free vouchers for drinks and a dessert at the restaurants after finding out it was my son’s birthday. The pool and hot tub are great and we were alone in it a few days so that was nice. I have a few complaints about the rooms. The floors make your feet black so that’s kind of yucky. The other complaint is just personal to me. We’ve had rooms overlooking the stores each time. The lights stay on all night so it’s very bright in the room when you’re trying to sleep and in the morning when the sun comes up. I like it to be a cave so that could just be a me issue. My only other complaint is the loading and unloading area. In busy times, there is nowhere to park and unload your luggage or load in your vehicle. Just a heads up. Overall we love this place and will return. "
